Short version:
Danish, lived in Asia for several years but is back home now. Worked with UNIX since 1995 when I logged onto my first VAX. Certified by SUN and worked with E10K clusters for Maersk Sealand. 5 years as head of HR in a medium sized business but missed the nerd stuff so back to system administration. Then I was in product development working as an Imagineer, but now my focus is building my team and their skillsets. Big fan of FreeBSD.
